Losing hair

I am a california resident from the state of Illinois. In my twenties I took some modeling photo's under the influence of crystal meth. My hair was very long and Is a natural brunette. I am now fortyish and my hair won't seem to grow and I can't hold my color. Can you give me some advice I especially would like length again.
