am 5'-3".am fair and i have long hair up to my waist.and my face is almost round(not totally)my hair is silky.now i need a new makeover but i don't want to shortened my hair.

Have you tried curling your hair for a change instead? Also, there's lots of hair accesories that can give you a new look without cutting it.
