Now i am a girl of color and i want to put like a platinum blonde underneath my hair like in the bang area , what do i need to get and do in order to do so?

You need to get the hair color from walmart or whatever. and then part your bangs from top to bottom, and color just the bottom layer. then put tin foil in it and left it sit for about 45 minutes and then rinse it out.

Go to a salon in your area with a mixed or someone of color. they can give you the best advice on your hair type and give you the best results. don't do it yourself.
