My hair wont grow! help ?

I would love my hair to grow for my prom next year, but nothing seems to be working! I've started to take vitamins, eat healthy, get 8 hours sleep. I even brought some Lee Stafford Hair growth treatment, but that didn't seem to work either! Can somebody help me please ?
