New Haircut Needed!

My hair is now about 2 inches longer than in this pic, but still the same style. I have a lot of broken hairs and split ends and need to get my hair cut but not sure what would suit me. All I know is chin length hair normally makes my face look too fat. Any suggestions? Thanks

 Try Something Short

Have you ever tried a short style? I could picture you in a short layered crop, similar to a pixie, with wispy pieces around the face. What about the color? The blonde looks very pale on you, and I bet you'd be a stunner in a glossy brunette shade!
