Hi Christine,

You can even out your color by either using a solid color that will match your natural, in a semi/demi permanent OR adding highlights (in the warm, medium tone) and lowlights (matching your natural shade), which would bring the light up to the roots and some dark back down in the ends.

I like the shape of your haircut. You should have any split ends trimmed off though. And keep a long, sweeping bang, styled off your face, like your hair will want to do naturally because of the cowlick (it's best not to try fighting those strong growth patterns!). You could have the fringe layers a little more defined.

Just those minor changes would spruce your style right up. Having said that, I know you mentioned that you don't want to lose any length and you can certainly pull off longer hair, but chin length would look very good on you.

All the best,
Michelle
