over bleached

take the yellow out of this hair on this pic and that's what color my hair is, white
Hello, I recently bleached my hair to nearly white in color. The only yellow left is on top of my head which is not very yellow at all, and it's only yellow there because that was the root part that I let grow out from the previous bleaching, I have bleached it twice since my virgin hair days. now I am not sure what to do with it because my hair is very thin and frizzy and was even frizzy before I ever bleached it. I would like to put a little blond coloring in to it but am afraid it might fall out, can you please suggest what I might do to fix this over bleaching and add some color to it without damaging it too much more? Thank you
