over dyed hair that is breaking and over stretching :(

ive always dyed and bleached my hair recently my cousin who is a trained hair dresser but hasnt done it for a few years put a few foils thru my hair. i left it for three months before i bleached it again. i have now tried bleaching it again and its brittle as hell and over stretching and snapping when im washing it....what can i get or do to prevent this :( i have been using somehting called redkin anti snap which worked and leaving conditioner on it at night. i had to have a lot chopped off...please help jo x

nooooo more high lights...

thing is high light have a big part in damaging ur hair.. i know this because ive done it before... hair spray and highlights dont mix either... best bet is to stop highlighting and let ur hair breath.. go and buy some spray and highlight temporary not permanatly..think before u highlight.. as permanat as it is, as permanate it can damage it!

thats funny! you can not temporarily lift color from the hair. thats crap. you need to stop bleaching & flat ironing your hair. both of these things wreck hair over time. also always use good products like the rest of the extreme line by redken. deep fuel treatments are a must.
