Can I perm my hair and then Streak my hair or vice versa as I would like to do both? Thank-you, Sandra

You can do both chemical services, but it will be damaging to your hair. The amount of damage really depends on the state of your hair before the process(es).

If your hair has no previous color on it and is not super fine, then it'll hold up pretty well to the dual chemical applications.

If your hair is previously lightened with bleach, or high lift blondes, ensure that when you re-highlight, none of the bleach gets on those pieces.

You can ramp up your hair's defenses a bit by using deep conditioning/reconstructing hair treatments before AND after your chemical processes.

I suggest doing the perm before the highlighting so that the perm solution creates the most uniform curl.

i permed my hair then added a lightner mix with a 20 or a 40 volume then added a rinse what will happen to my hair
