what does it look like now

I really like this hair style. I am a bit afraid to go this short though. Has yours grown out any? If so, what does it look like now.

I have the same style but dark brown hair and want to go that light ( at the hairdressers)
Any advice?? get highlights?? or all over blonde with low lights?
