i need to keep my hair allways wet at the starting of the dy as the day goes on my hair look like a grass..suggests me some tips to improve my hair condition

Although it seems to go against logic, keeping your hair wet is actually very drying. What you need is a moisturizing conditioner to replace lost moisture and then a leave-in conditioner, especially on the ends, to maintain the moisture level throughout the day.
