putting toner on after bleaching

My daughter bleached her hair two times to get it to the blonde she wanted. It still had patches of yellow so she was told to put a toner on. Now its a grayish green color. what happened?

Wow these other people were unhelpful. But it's because she left it in too long, and make sure you use a blue toner if the hairs orange, violet for yellow

Yes, she probably just left the toner on for too long. Sometimes it only takes a few minutes. As for you B*tches who were so rude, get a life!!
