Should I completely dye my hair or just low lights?

I have mid length brown hair and I am a little bored with it. I did have it cut short but didn't like it. I want to either completely dye it a different colour or just have some low lights put in, I did have caramel streaks in it before and as my hair is wavy this did look nice. Help!?!?!?!

I think you would look great with level 4 golden brown lowlights and a level 7 neutral highlight. The 3 tones would look great on you!
