I have strawberry blonde hair and i wanna die underneath blonde and my tips black or i want to go a darker red and get black highlights would that look right or not???

I wish I was your stylist! :P I love cool hair like this.. These are both great ideas! I seem to be leaning more towards the red with black (technically
called "lo lites".. hehe) because I think it would be really cute plus I think it would would be the best for your skin tone and facial features. I found a couple that I thought would look awesome on you! so check these out:

 It is all about time and money...

Really the question is- How much maintenance can put in to it? How often can you go to the salon?
The blond underneath with black tips would be able to grow out with out a huge grow out line at the scalp. It would look cute and you wouldn't notice until it faded.
Going darker red with black "low lights" (hi-lights are always lighter or brighter) would look great but will have a grow out line in just a few weeks and will need to be maintained at the salon every 4-5 weeks at the longest.
Both of these color schemes will need a Professional colorist. Don't attempt at home!!!!
