Should I grow my hair?

My hair grows too slow, but it is growing... i wish i could have this long back length hair look
but i'd like to check after all this time...
is it worth the wait?

If you want long hair, there's a reason. Do it.

If the growth rate is slow, concentrate on your scalp. Keep it clean, keep the circulation going to the hair roots. Diet (think almonds and protein and less carbs), exercise (cardio), and sleep (yes, it's important). If you keep your overall machine running well, the hair (skin and nails also) will all benefit. So will you! Good luck!

 hard to do but...

It takes lots of patience, trust me I know. I would love too to have long hair again. But it gets to that point I can't stand it and have to go back to what I am comfortable with. But stick with it, you will love it in the end.
