So I'm thinking about making a drastic change

I want to go from dark brown/light brown roots to ash blonde and a light copper brown. ive bleached my sides twice and the second time they fell out up to the middle of my ears. Ive been taking a hair health supplement called biotin. my sides have clearly grown a lot in the past 3 months. im kind of afraid to dye the sides again. if i were id dye them the light copper brown color. What do you think? should i just not touch them at all? they just feel brittle at the bottoms. is there something i can put on them to protect them during the dye process?

dark hair, light roots

I don't think you should dye it lighter than that...you can if you want. i just went from light brown to dark brown (which is backward from yours), and i have a light stripe of hair coming from my roots...if you're willing to have the stripe of dark in light, then go ahead. of course, dark roots in light hair isn't as bad as light roots in dark hair. i say go for it!!! try it, and if you don't like it, dye it back. i would suggest a salon though...self-dye can be very hazardous to hair, if you don't do it right...

i think you should leave ur hair the way it iz... ur hair is beautiful, and it really brings out ur eyez. if you wanna change it, maybe try a different cut or something, idk. either way, i love ur hair the color it is now. xoxox

I really like the idea of having dark roots and light hair. I think that it would look amazing on youu. BUT suppose you dont like it afterwards and everything just goes horribly wrong? Always have a back up plan. Anyways, I would DEFINITELY try it if I were you. xx :D
