Dear Sara.
The best recipe for quick hair growth is a lots of olive oil in your cooking , diet and of course a lots of spending time in sunlight. There is a vitamin (D) that produces in our body only by reaction off the sunlight, that helps speeding up hair growth. And of course good health condition in general. Hope I helped you a bit.

time in sunlight. Dont blowdry your hair because it ruins it ank kills it! OH NO! wash it daily and dont pull on it when its wet or even dry.dont brush wet hair comb your wet hair out!
