Love your hair!

You already look great, and I love your hair! Only thing I'd suggest is go longer. Long hair definitely suits you, so why not use that to your advantage? Grow it out to just past your breasts, maybe longer?

She looks fine as is but, maybe if she waxed her eyebrows, dyed her hair to a solid dark chocolate brown and wore a little bit of make up she would look stunning.
