Hey! :)

Regarding your hair colour issue, let me tell you. changing the colour wouldn't solve the problem. trust me, if you dye your hair, you are totally gonna destroy it..and face some other problems.. it is gonna do dry & dull.. and you will have to trim the endings every now and then which will make you feel like"OMG my hair is so screwed up, it never grows!" so you could add highlightes, I could see your hair is brown, so dark blonde highligtes would be very nice on you, and try to take some supplements like Vitamin A, Vitamin E & Zinc ..
To give it more volume, avoid straight hair, try the "Headbanging" method.. by moving your head up and down.
