Toner Application

After bleaching your hair and you have the bleach all rinsed out, is it better to let your hair dry before applying the toner? Or does it matter?
Thanks,
Debbie

I need a dark champagn blonde, if I use nice n easy hair dye with 10 or developer would that work, what strength would be correct unless you can find me a dark champagn blone.

Hi Debbie,

Just towel dry your hair before applying the toner. Make sure the bleach is rinsed VERY well so that it won't interfere with the toner formula. Apply to the areas that need the most toning first.

All the best,
Michelle
