Too much coloring

by Michele

I colored my hair way too much, I had to cut alot of it off. Believe me I learned my lesson. What else do you suggest for home treatments or something inexpensive I can do to restore its health and help it grow?

I been bleaching & coloring my hair for over 20 years.I have dry, frizzy & damage hair.I've been using deep conditioners & silk therapy hair serum. The silk hair serum worked a miracle in my hair. You can use it in dry or wet hair.Brand name of the silk therapy is (Biosilk).I got it at,"CVS".
