uneven blonde

My hair is natually dark brown. I recently bleached my hair hair blonde but the top of my hair turned orange. What do I do to turn it blonde like the rest of my hair?

It sounds as if you didnt leave the bleach on the roots long enough before applying to the rest of the hair shaft..To correct you probably should reapply the lightner to the brassy roots and allow it to finish its process.Applying heat slightly with a plastic cap will let it work a little quicker..Try applying a good conditioner on the ends while the other part is doing its job.Good luck!!!
