using fanciful between re-coloring - is it a no-no?

Hello again,
I use Fanciful rinse to tide me over till I have time to re-color with Loreal, but I was told if I use Fanciful I must not use my regular hair color unless I washed it first.
Why?
Thanks, Jackie

Your fanciful works by coating the hair shaft ,this coating can keep penatration of some pigment from occuring .Just wash it out and no worries . i wouldnt want to color over it, it also hides the line of dermarcation and there is always a risk of undesireable results and possible chemical reaction ,highly unlikeable .... but with color anything is possible.
