Very Thick Hair

Every time I go to a stylist, I show them a picture on the new do that I want. And they still mess it up. I come home thinking, I wasted money on this AGAIN. I have VERY thick hair. What sassy do is right for me. I don't like messing with my hair. Something fun, sassy and easy to manage. The only thing that works on my hair is hairspray. I've tried all the gels and freezes out their.

You fortunate person!I call it Team work-You would walk me through the cut you want.I would apply every hair cutting trick I've learned for the end result you want.We'd both be happy and you would make me LOOK GOOD.There's nothing wrong with an Old Beautician. On Thick Hair

You might want to start out by making sure that the picture you bring in, is someone with the same type of hair, and same texture as you. Many times i find that people bring me pictures of people who have a different hair type and your hair may not act in the same way. Secondly you may consider also that a lot of the look you are seeing is in the styling. Keep in mind that the person in the photo most likely had a team of people working on them to achieve their look. I would also start with a product like Paul Mitchells super skinny shampoo and use their super skinny balm or serum in your hair. This is to smooth and control. Also when getting cut make sure you texturize a lot to remove bulk and weight. Good luck. Hope this helps. Corey
