what colour?

hi there i have waited 9 months to get my hair done as i am pregnant but due soon so i am starting to think of what i want done. my hair is currently long and boring with split ends. My natural colour is dark blonde. i normally get highlights so at the moment my roots are very long about down to my ears and then the highlights are very brassy. I have blue eyes. an oval face with a long forehead. thin, dark eyebrows and a pale, drained complextion. i am looking for a new colour. i like getting foils rather than a full head. can you advise as to what would suit me, i have read cool tones but am unsure as to wish. i will also probably be getting it styled

my original hair color is also dark blonde too, but i dyed mine more of a golden blonde, it really brightens up my face and its a beautiful color.
