what dye is safe to put over pre lightened hair?

I have been lightening my short hair for a few years now to a bleach blonde. I use schwarzkopf xxl platinum blonde. I normally have to do that 3 times to get it light enough, then I use a toner on top to get rid of the brassiness. I have been using nice and easy born blonde toner in platinum blonde and I loved the colour I got. However I havent been able to find the toner anywhere. Have they changed the name or discontinued ut? Anyway I often see permanent and semi permanent hair dyes in various shades of blonde that I like the look of but Im not sure if they are ok to use on pre lightened hair. So really I need advice on the best toners to use or if I can use a dye on top to sort of tone it.

Wella Color Charm Toner, Clairol Creme Toner. In your choice of shade. Mix with equal parts of 20 Vol. developer. Can be purchased at Sally Beauty Supply or most beauty supply stores. Good Luck. Remember shamppo/condition for color treated hair, and deep condition 1-2 a week.

i have also been trying to find the born blonde toners but no luck in Superdrug or boots, so i found Jerome russell toners at £2.49 they are great, my hair was looking canary yellow and the champagne toner really improved it! they also do cool chick blonde but not been able to get that one yet! the only place i have seen the born blonde ones are on the internet to buy.
