You're adorable, but your hair needs some pazazz. I think you would look adorable with a bob resing just below your chin with it angled shorter in the back. No layers. This will give your hair a thicker look as well putting some hi/lo color highlights. Still blonde with variation. Good Luck.

i think you should shorten your overall length and cut some longer bangs. maaybe face frame the sides of your hair a bit.
