what kind of haircut?

i kind of want to go short like at the collar bone... also, would i look good with lighter hair?

I think that a shorter haircut would look cute on you. You have a good facial shape for a shorter haircut- maybe a longer graduated bob. I would do highlighting in your hair. That way you wouldn't have to keep up with retouching as in an all over haircolor. Good Luck!!
