I am looking to change my hair color to change things up. I was thinking Blonde or Red.

How about In-Between?

Carolyn, you have lovely hair & a winning smile! Is your hair color natural? If it is, there will be some extra warmth if you go lighter. I'd suggest staying within two levels of your own color & maybe trying a shade that has copper-gold in it's name. (Such as "dark copper gold blonde)Your natural warmth will be enhanced and youwould be stunning! Also, you might want to try adding some face-framing layering in to your hair...just to show off that smile a little more!

Not knowing your undertones or your natural color level its hard to say. By looking at your picture, if this is your natural color, I would suggest highlights and lowlights, not one prominant color.
