What should I do with my frizzy hair?

by Christy

Iv moved to a tropical island recently and its pretty much 70% humidity or higher every day. My hair was just barely wavy (and not at all frizzy) when I first moved but now its very wavy and completely frizzy. My hair is also VERY thin but since I got a hair cut a few months ago its gotten thicker. Its now about 3 inches below my shoulders. what do you think I should with my hair? would layers help any?

Frizzy Hair

I am not an expert, but I do believe that your hair feels thicker because of the frizziness caused by the high humidity where you live. It is similar to what a perm does to your hair. Layers done very carefully might help, but you need to get used to styling and using product to get the look you want. There are lots of products out there for frizzy hair. Good luck!!
