What should I do with my hair?

I've been having the same hairstyle for years. My hair has always been a dark brown, or black. I need a change, even if it means that it's going to be drastic. Can some of you give me some new ideas for my hair? I'm willing to go through the extreme :)

I think your hair cut is cute but think if you lightened your hair to a golden brown with highlights that would soften your look and would look great!!
