What style and color would suit me?

Colors can't be too unnatural (I've been bright red and pink before.. not again!) but things like black and blonde are totally fine. I'm also growing it out, so suggestions should be for medium/long hair styles. I also might get extensions. Easy styling is a plus, but not required.

I also think you look great as a blonde. As far as styling goes, I would keep the hair off of your forehead and maybe wear it a bit upswept, with some volume to it.
