i have a heat shaped face, dark medium length hair. its fairly thick and has natural body but i want loose curls what type of perm should i get

if you already have a natural wave,, at night on on damp hair either braids or twists all over your head. and in the morning put your fingers through your hair for testure and spray it.. you might want to put a mousse or other product to help it stay. if you have to get a perm, a body wave perm and scrunch it
