Will the blonde dye cover this?

My hair was dark blue and pink before, and now I'm going bleach bleach blonde. Already stripped and bleached my hair but there is still some color. I've gotten this far without killing it or overly damaging it and all that's left is to put in the blonde dye. But the problem is there is a really big chunk of hair that is still tinted pale, but still noticeable blue and pink. I just want to know if maybe I should bleach those bits again although I am a bit nervous to do so, or if the blonde dye will get rid of it.

The blonde dye Im using is:
Color Brilliance, Ion, Liquid permanent dye, Lightest cool Blonde.

it might cover it but i think a brown would cover it better, but maybe you should ask a hairdresser for their opinion
