it really all depends on what look you are trying to achieve, and you didn't say just how blonde you were wanting to go, or how much of your hair you wanted to bleach blonde; I'm assuming your full head of hair.
You look rather young, and you might want to be coloring just for fun, or for something new and different; if this is the case, then blonde could be fun for awhile, until you tired of it and decided to go back to your own color.
Given the picture of you that accompanies your question, I don't think blonde is a color that really suits you, or would flatter you well.
Before taking on the expense of stripping/bleaching your naturally gorgeous hair and damaging it, you might want to get a wig first and try that for some time before deciding.
My professional opinion is that you go with a color that is more natural for you, add some highlights and low lights in concert with a good haircut to compliment your coloring, shape of face and to make your best features stand out and make you feel pretty. After all, isn't what this is really all about? Good luck, no matter what you decide.
