Is Aquage Cruelty-Free in 2021? SHM Answers!

Aquage is cruelty-free.

This means that Aquage doesn’t test ingredients or their haircare products on animals. It’s one of the few cruelty-free brands out there.

If you’re looking for a cruelty-free brand, you should consider Aquage. This company uses plant-derived ingredients and no animals in its haircare products.

This also means that they don’t test the ingredients on animals, which often involves cruelty to animals. This inhumane act is, unfortunately, perpetrated by a lot of brands out there.

This is why supporting brands that don’t engage in that practice is important. Not only will it sustain such brands, but we’ll also by extension be supporting proper care for animals.

Since this is a cruelty-free brand, their products will also be vegan. So, when you’re buying directly from the brand or from other third-party vendors, you’ll be getting Aquage vegan products, free from any testing.

If you look at the name of the brand carefully, you’ll see something that tells a story of a brand that focuses on plant ingredients instead of animal-derived ingredients.

Aqua means green and that tells you it’s all about plants, isn’t it? Well, the exclusive ingredient the brand uses is Algaeplex, which contains healing properties. This meshed with other organic sea items to give you the best hair care.

Fortunately, Aquage has an extensive product base, ranging from shampoos to conditioners, sealing sprays, powders, defining cream, detangler, and pretty much everything that’ll make your hair look great.

This is an example of a brand that can make dull hair come back to life without endangering animals.

These products, being formulated with algaeplex sea botanicals, helps protect, strengthen, nourish, and hydrate hair. They contain fewer chemicals and the best of the possible ingredients.

Not only are they cruelty-free but also free from sulfate, and all those chemicals we don’t like.

Fortunately, this brand has a lot of hair care products to choose from. It’s not as popular as Redken, L’Oreal, Olay, Nexxus, Kerastase, etc.

But that’s what you get when you’re dealing with a cruelty-free or vegan brand. Many people may not know the brand, but the brand is thriving.

Even popularity cannot be used as a yardstick for quality especially when you’re considering the best products for your skin. And one that’s not born out of animal cruelty.

  1. Hello, question is how can any company claim cruelty free (does not test on animals) but have animal ingredients in the product….if animal by products or any animal ingredients are in the product it can’t be cruelty free, (WHY) if animal ingredients are in the products how did they get there, an animal had to suffer or be killed for any part of their body to be included in a cruelty free product, therefore it is not cruelty free…..vegan Jody
